On March 4, 2026, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, and the staff welcomed Professor Martin Meadows and a group of university students from Nayoro City, Hokkaido, Japan, for a study visit.

The visitors learned about the activities of PPCIL, the situation of persons with disabilities in Cambodia, and the Personal Assistance (PA) Service that supports independent living for persons with severe disabilities in the community.

Mr. Mey Samith and Mr. Morimoto Tsuyoshi also introduced the dried fruit production activities by persons with disabilities, and the visitors had the opportunity to observe the production process.
